This year, we decided to have a little fun by sitting down with our pets and asking them the same questions we pose to people across the country. From policy issues to lifestyle preferences, their answers gave us a glimpse into the world of our four-legged companions. What ride-share services do you use?
Jasper:
If I could figure out how to use a phone, I’d probably order a ride-share like Uber or Lyft. I’m always plotting my escape, but I never go far. Good thing I haven’t cracked the code on ride-hailing… yet.
How often do you anticipate seeing movies in the theater this year?
Lilly:
If you ask me, movies in theatres are just too much. I’m really shy, and the thought of a room full of strangers? Too stressful. But give me a cozy spot at home, and I’ll binge-watch nature documentaries all day. I’d probably score pretty high on that streaming services model.
Do you think these UFO/UAP disclosures contain the majority of information on the topic or is there more that the government isn’t telling us?
Rosie:
Government hiding information? Oh, I know something’s up. When I’m up at the cabin, sitting in my crate at night, staring out those sliding doors, I’ve seen things… things I can’t explain. There’s something fishy going on out there, and I’m keeping my eyes peeled.
When you watch TV, what is your most frequent source?
Pippin:
Paid streaming services? Absolutely, I’m all for it! I love streaming nature documentaries—especially the ones with dogs and cats in them. I can bark at them all day! Who needs cable when there’s so much to bark at online?
Does the increased use of artificial intelligence in daily life make you feel more excited or more concerned?
Mia: More concerned – it is not very cool how you make Alexa “woof” or “meow” to get a reaction out of me. BTW – can you close your coffee smelling piehole and just give me that treat!
Do you believe that our current capitalist economic system is thriving or failing?
Milou:
Fundamentally Sound. Paws off the capitalist system! I live in a land of abundance thanks to unleashed markets. Socialists are barking up the wrong tree.
If you were shopping for a big ticket item such as a washing machine or a car, which of these is your most important consideration: low upfront cost, long-term cost savings, or environmental impact?
As an outdoor enthusiast, I’m all about hunting geckos, chickens, and anything else that moves in the backyard. But when it comes to my treats, toys, and bones, I’m very particular. I always consider the environmental footprint—after all, a healthy ecosystem of small critters is key for my daily adventures. Gotta keep the chase going, right? – Missy
