Haystaq prepares post election analysis reports on behalf of clients. Above is a sample from the Georgia 2020 General Election.
The 2022 elections in Georgia captured widespread attention, as the state played a pivotal role in determining the balance of power in the Senate. In this newsletter, we focus on findings from our analysis of the 2022 general election and December runoff in the state of Georgia.
To provide a deeper understanding of voter behavior, we organized individuals into distinct clusters based on their political beliefs, values, and behaviors. Here are some noteworthy insights from the cluster analysis:

- Despite the overall decline in voter participation, the Democratic party demonstrated relatively high turnout, which potentially contributed to their success in the Senate runoff election.
- Our analysis of voter turnout shows the neo-liberal cluster had the smallest percent change among all other groups, indicating that it was the strongest group of returning voters.
- We can see that two sub clusters People Power and Dazed and Confused, experienced some of the largest decreases in voter turnout among the liberal clusters.
